You acknowledge and agree that the Company is the one responsible with running and maintaining the Platform and any information collection and processing made through it is done in connection with Our commercial activities.

In case You choose not to provide some information, many of Our features may not be available to You.

We may also collect sensitive personal data or information, when You use Our Services. This will include health information provided by You or on Your behalf, including but not limited to medical history, lab results, prescription details, treatment plan details, and other health-related information. This may include: payment information such as your payment card details and billing or shipping address. You hereby consent to recording, storage, and disclosure of such communications, which consent shall be deemed to have been expressly granted by your use of the Services. We may also store and process, for as long as you use the Services, prescriptions, treatment notes, recommendations, and other data created by Medical Practitioners or shared by third parties, for Our records or as long as it is required by applicable law.

• Providing or delivering Services, for example, Phlebotomists and third-party diagnostic laboratories;
